Hologic
Hologic are a medical technology company who primarily focus on women’s health, but pivoted in the midst of the pandemic and ramped up production of #COVID-19 testing kits. The new development gives them capacity to facilitate the growing demand for mass testing.

Mountheath
The scheme, developed by Client Winners Property Ltd comprised two separate buildings of 28,000ft2 and 10,000 ft2 respectively. The brownfield site was re-purposed to provide two trade counter outlets within one unit and a much larger unit for single business occupation.

Warburtons - Widnes
Having undertaken several projects for Waburtons, we were thrilled to be appointed by Liberty Properties, this time to construct a 35,000sq ft purpose built production facility for the British baking firm. The new distribution facility forms part of Warburton's £56m nationwide investment programme to enhance their manufacturing and distribution capabilities across the UK. The Widnes facility alone will create 27 new jobs.

Central Road Partington
The Hargreaves team were delighted to hand over Central View development for Southway Housing Trust. The scheme, consisting of 13 superb, timber frames homes for shared ownership on Central Road in #Partington was our first project for Southway Housing Trust and forms part of Peel Holdings regeneration plan for the area. It was a pleasure to work alongside Southway and Poole Dick who both share our vision of building safe, sustainable and affordable homes for the future.

Lidl GmbH
Hargreaves were appointed to Lidl GmbH's Framework in 2015 and have undertaken six projects so far across Yorkshire and the North West The schemes range from full refurbishments, store extensions and New Build stores and involve careful programming to ensure that store closures are kept to an absolute minimum. We look forward to continuing this relationship as Lidl continue to expand their activities in the UK.

The works were procured on A Prime Cost basis with Hargreaves managing the refurbishment of lifts, a new seven storey internal fire escape stairway and fitting out of each floor.
