Michael is the Company's Chairman and is an Engineer with over 30 years' experience in Contracting and Development. His sharp focus on Client satisfaction and professional values remain at the core of the company's culture and procedures which is clearly evidenced by the amount of repeat work with which the company is entrusted.

NEIL ASHWORTH

MANAGING DIRECTOR

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Neil Ashworth leads the business with deep sector knowledge and a hands-on approach. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor by profession, Neil specialises in residential development, working extensively with Registered Providers and public sector clients to deliver high-quality, affordable housing schemes.

Neil’s career spans commercial management, cost consultancy, and strategic project oversight. His collaborative leadership style and technical expertise underpin the company’s reputation for reliability, integrity, and value-driven delivery.

Mike McCartan

Construction Director

Mike is our Construction Director.  With over two decades of experience in the industry, he has successfully managed a diverse range of construction projects by leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.  His extensive experience encompasses all phases of project management, from initial planning and budgeting, to execution and delivery

Jordan Collier 

Commercial DIRECTOR

With over 24 years of experience in the housing sector, Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his role as Commercial Director. His expertise spans the full spectrum of housing, from affordable homes to open market sales, and he has built a reputation for driving commercial excellence across diverse housing projects.

Jordan is passionate about developing high-performing teams and building lasting partnerships that create long-term value. His strategic approach and deep industry insight have helped shape commercially robust operations while nurturing a strong and positive business culture.

A firm believer in sustainable growth and collaboration, Jordan plays a key role in aligning commercial performance with the company’s broader mission.

Nicola Kitchin

Estimating MANAGER

Nicola heads up our estimating department. Her tenacity and attention to detail ensure that our tender submissions are accurate complete and competitive. With a wealth of experience and a particular liking for “big sheds” she has very much helped shaped our reputation and success in the North West industrial and commercial arena.
