Following on from the successful delivery of the adjacent site for Warburtons, we are delighted that Liberty Properties have appointed Hargreaves to deliver a 200,00ft2 Distribution facility on Plot A2 of Viking Park in Widnes.

The steel framed building stands at a lofty 16m to eaves and is founded on over 3,200 driven precast piles. Due for completion this Summer the development is being funded by Exeter Europe.
