We are delighted to have been appointed by WUKPG to redevelop a former industrial estate in Reddish to bring much needed modern industrial space comprising 28 individual units accommodated within 6 separate blocks to provide a total of 206,000 sq ft.

Following on from the successful delivery of the adjacent site for Warburtons, we are delighted that Liberty Properties have appointed Hargreaves to deliver a 200,00ft2 Distribution facility on Plot A2 of Viking Park in Widnes.

We are pleased to have secured the role of Principal Contractor at Cranswick Foods' site in Pilsworth. The project comprises extensive internal re-purposing of their existing food production facility.
