New Wellington Street Handed Over To Great Places Housing Group

We recently handed over the final stage of New Wellington Street for Great Places Housing Group. We’re delighted to have had the opportunity to work on this project – it’s a scheme that has transformed a redundant brownfield site into a development that will see the community sustainably transformed by providing homes that people feel proud to live in.

We wish the new residents of the 42 affordable new homes all the very best and we look forward to working with GPHG again in the future to bring more of their vision to life.
