Birkenhead's famous Trams ran from these sheds on Pacific Road for over a hundred years until the building was transferred to Wirral Chamber of Commerce who wished to extend their succesful serviced office facilities from their headquarters down the road. Hargreaves carried out extensive works to the interior of the listed building including a new mezzanine floor and glass partitions to all offices, whilst maintaining the character of the building and creating a unique working space.
