Having recently purchased this multi storey office block in Manchester City Centre, our client needed to refurbish the building quickly to accommodate new tenants. The works were procured on A Prime Cost basis with Hargreaves managing the refurbishment of lifts, a new seven storey internal fire escape stairway and fitting out of each floor.
