The 28,000ft facility, consisting of a gatehouse, a screened vehicle wash, re-fuelling station and ancilliary office accommodation was built on a brownfield site, once home to Astra Zeneca. Hargreaves Contracting were delighted to have been involved in this scheme and the completed facility was the result of a fantastic collaborative effort from the entire team and all Hargreave's construction partners.
