Birkenhead's famous Trams ran from these sheds on Pacific Road for over a hundred years until the building was transferred to Wirral Chamber of Commerce who wished to extend their succesful serviced office facilities from their headquarters down the road.

Having recently purchased this multi storey office block in Manchester City Centre, our client needed to refurbish the building quickly to accommodate new tenants. The works were procured on A Prime Cost basis with Hargreaves managing the refurbishment of lifts, a new seven storey internal fire escape stairway and fitting out of each floor.
