Hargreaves were commissioned to manage the design and construction of their new facility in Halifax which involved the demolition of an existing building and construction of a new R&D Laboratory, Pilot Plant and Offices.

These historic buildings in Greater Manchester became the first hospital inaugurated into the NHS in 1948. Hargreaves have carried out a number of refurbishment projects here, the latest of which involved the complete refurbishment of a former Maternity unit into treatment suites for Endoscopy, Urology and Chemotherapy.
