Following on from the successful delivery of the adjacent site for Warburtons, we are delighted that Liberty Properties have appointed Hargreaves to deliver a 200,00ft2 Distribution facility on Plot A2 of Viking Park in Widnes. The steel framed building stands at a lofty 16m to eaves and is founded on over 3,200 driven precast piles. Due for completion this Summer the development is being funded by Exeter Europe.
We are delighted to have been appointed by WUKPG to redevelop a former industrial estate in Reddish to bring much needed modern industrial space comprising 28 individual units accommodated within 6 separate blocks to provide a total of 206,000 sq ft The units range from 3,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft, and feature mezzanine office provision. The project is scheduled for completion in Jan 2024

We recently handed over the final stage of New Wellington Street for Great Places Housing Group. We’re delighted to have had the opportunity to work on this project – it’s a scheme that has transformed a redundant brownfield site into a development that will see the community sustainably transformed by providing homes that people feel proud to live in. We are delighted to have been appointed by AB Inbev to provide construction services in connection with their £45m investment into the Brewery at Samlesbury. The extra capacity will enable them to increase capacity in brewing, canning and bottling by the equivalent of 630 million pints a year, as well as create 23 new jobs.
